Return Policy

The terms and conditions for shipping and Return services are set out as below, all customers are deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions before shopping at which is controlled and owned by ISOX Shipping Ltd (herein after referred to as ISOXDirect).

The Shipping Terms and Conditions are in effective from 12th February 2014 and are subject to change from time to time without prior notice at the sole discretion of ISOXDirect.

Customs, Exports and Imports

ISOX Shipping Ltd may perform any of the following activities either directly or through its associates and partners on the buyer’s behalf in order to provide its services to customers:

(A)Complete any documents, amend product or service codes, and pay any duties and taxes required under applicable laws and regulations.

(B)Act as a forwarding agent for customs and export control purposes and as a receiver solely for the purpose of designating a customs broker to perform customs clearance and entry.

(C)Redirect the shipment to receiver’s import broker or other address upon request by any person who ISOX Shipping Ltd believes in its reasonable opinion to be authorized.


Duty and Taxes

All imported goods must be declared to the Customs & Excise authorities on entry and, in most cases, are subject to customs duty, this includes goods bought over the internet. The receiver of the shipment is legally liable to pay Customs Duties and Taxes; however the customer authorizes ISOX to pay the duties and taxes on the customers’ behalf, if there are additional duties and taxes charged by the Customs, customer will pay it.

Unacceptable and Prohibited Items for Carriage

ISOX Direct will not transport any item that is deemed to be unacceptable and prohibited for carriage:

If It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), any applicable Government department or other relevant organization.

Flammable Items- Hair Spray, Cigarette Lighters Fluids etc

Alcohol and tobacco, Chemicals, Plants, Furs, Poisonous Articles, Corrosives, Gasses, Pornography

Currency- Cash, bearer form of negotiable instruments, credit cards and SIM cards

Fire Arms, Explosives and Ammunition, Toxic and infectious substances, Animals

Precious metals and stones, Illegal narcotics and Drugs, Human remains

Counterfeit and Pirated goods, Meat, Milk, Cheese and other animal products.

ISOX Direct at its sole discretion can decide if the product cannot be transported safely or legally, we will inform you that we have received goods at our facility but will not be able to ship.

We will return the goods to the store where it has been purchased and charge the buyer for the shipping costs from our international hub to the store.



ISOX has the right to open and inspect a shipment without prior notice. Customs Authorities/ Airline Security also have the right to open and inspect a shipment.


Deliveries and Deliverables

Shipments cannot be delivered to P.O boxes, Shipments are delivered to the receiver’s address given by the buyer, but not necessarily to the named receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area (mail room) will be delivered to that area. If the receiver refuses delivery, or the shipment is deemed to be unacceptable, or the receiver cannot be reasonably identified or located, ISOX shall use reasonable efforts to return the shipment to the store at the buyer’s cost, failing which the Shipment may be released, disposed of or sold within 30 days by ISOX at its sole discretion without incurring any liability whatsoever to the buyer or anyone else, with the proceeds applied against service charges and related administrative costs.

We shall make reasonable effort to deliver the item to buyer within the stipulated delivery time frame indicated here from the date of full payment for the charges as notified to the buyer. High security addresses or addresses in more remote locations may require a longer delivery time. There will be no deliveries on Sunday and gazette public holidays. We shall however not be liable (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any delay in effecting delivery of such items for any reasons whatsoever.


Cancellation/ Modification/ Return of the Order

 Can I cancel/ modify my order?

For cancellation/ modification of any order please contact our customer care within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been processed, we will be happy to cancel/ modify it. ISOX Direct decision in this regard will be final and we assure you that the treatment would be fair.

 Can I return the products I receive?

You can return the product in following circumstances –

– Faulty, please supply details
– Order Error
– Received Wrong Item


You need to send the received product in the exact condition that it was received with tags and original product packaging remaining intact. The time limit for doing so is 10 days from the date of receipt of the order. In these cases we will try our best to replace it with the correct product and if not we will refund the half or full amount.

In case the shipping package is open or damaged at the time of delivery it’s your responsibility to not accept it from us.

 How will I get refund in return cases?

The amount will be reversed on payment mode that was used to make the payment at the time of placing the order. We will investigate or check the damage and process the refund claim from our end within 10 working days of receipt of subject goods by us. Once refund is approved, our payment gateway partner will reverse the charge within the timelines as per its policies.

We understand the sensitivity of refund cases and strive to handle it with utmost speed and accuracy.However it will be at ISOXDirect sole discretion and decision whether the buyer is eligible for a refund. Please do write to sharing your experiences on this aspect
